Rayo Vallecano coach Paco Jémez feels Zinedine Zidane's suspension is over the top.
The Real Madrid Castilla coach has been banned for three months for not having the necessary qualifications.
"I don't agree with the punishment. I'm not pleased about it; I wouldn't have sanctioned him," said Jemez, who has been a vocal critic of Zizou being allowed to work in Segunda Division B.
"What I'd have done would have been to ask him to take a step back until he had his licence, but I don't agree with the three-month ban."
