Rapid Bucharest defender Marius Constantin tracked by AC Milan

Rapid Bucharest defender Marius Constantin is being followed by AC Milan.

The 24 year-old is coming off contract at the end of the season and being tracked by Milan as a potential Bosman target.

However, cash-strapped Rapid are willing to sell now - and for a knockdown £1.5 million.
