Ranieri urges Leicester to continue looking up

Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri has urged his players to continue looking upwards an onwards in their title pursuit.

The Foxes have become title favourites following their 3-1 away win at Manchester City on Saturday, which sees the East Midlands club sitting five points clear at the top of the league table with 13 games left in the season.

Ranieri has urged his playing group to not bother looking at the teams behind them, instructing them to keep their premiership dreams alive.

"For the first time in their lives they are doing something special," he said.

"So, like a climber, it's important not to look down or behind you. You need to look up.

"If you look down, you go 'oohff!' - my God, look where we are!"

Leicester next take on third-placed Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday.
