Juventus coach Claudio Ranieri insists they're not "raising the white flag" after last night's 1-0 defeat at Champions League opponents Chelsea.
"It will be difficult, but we are not raising the white flag. Juve will not give up. It's more complicated now, but we are going to really go for it," said the Coach.
"Drogba has been under wraps for six months and with a new Coach he wanted to make a good impression. We controlled him as much as we could.
"It was a shame, as after a bit of a slow start we got the measure of Chelsea and really believed we could get back on level terms. In any case, it's all still to play for."
This is certainly not the first time Juve have struggled in the opening 20 minutes, as they had a similar poor opening in Sicily at the weekend.
"We had discussed it between ourselves not to make the same start we did at Palermo, attacking them and putting them under pressure so they would be taken by surprise. We did not do that and I'm not sure why, perhaps it was nerves.
"Chelsea had an extra man in midfield, but I don't think the team suffered tonight, at all."
