Juventus coach Claudio Ranieri doesn't believe Saturday's victory at Inter Milan will end the speculation regarding his job.

Ranieri said: "We have to be careful of surprises around the corner.

"I do not think people will stop writing about my successors. They need something to sell their newspapers."
