Claudio Ranieri has asked his Leicester City team to show more fight.
The Foxes lost 5-0 to FC Porto in the Champions League on Wednesday night and although he took a much-altered line-up to Portugal, he wants to see a change in their mentality when they return to domestic duties.
The reigning Premier League champions host Manchester City at King Power Stadium on Saturday.
"I have a clearer idea about my players now. We need to focus on the Premier League and change our position," said the Italian.
"We can lose, but I want us to show our character and our strength. We didn't do that well enough tonight."
Midfielder Danny Drinkwater had to be subbed off late after picking up a knock but Ranieri allayed fears of anything more severe.
He said of the key Foxes player: "Drinkwater's injury doesn't look serious. He is suspended for Saturday anyway, but he should be okay."
