Claudio Ranieri has confirmed he's taking the job at Inter Milan. While not giving details of the deal last night, Ranieri spoke of rebuilding the confidence of the players.
"The priority? I think we need to talk a lot with the team, the mental aspect is most important. Inter are a great team, we must change gears after this false start," said the former Chelsea manager.
"The players are there and we have everything to lift the team.
"A back four? For me, all systems are winning ones, if Inter have played in a way there is a reason. (Gian Piero) Gasperini was right to bring his ideas, he tried with all his might to make it work without success.
"I do not think he can be criticized, he tried to carry on his ideas until the end.
"An objective? I do not like to promise, I want the maximum from these guys, who have so much to give."
