Roma coach Claudio Ranieri is ready to wage war against their own fans.

Ranieri was left fuming after his players were booed and jeered in their warm-up BEFORE KICK-OFF against Bologna yesterday.

Roma ran-out 2-1 winners and Ranieri blasted: "The lads were made fun of out there. They made banners suggesting we were dead, jeered Vucinic even when he scored the goal and then applauded him at the 90th when he tracked back 30 metres to help the defence.

"The crowd must understand things aren't going well and we cannot ask more from Vucinic and [Jeremy] Menez, players of great quality who today were also perfect in terms of determination and consistency."
