Rangers manager Ally McCoist is still hoping to secure a deal for free agent Boris Pandza.
The 26-year old Bosnian defender is available on a free after leaving Belgian club Mechelen in July and McCoist, who has been keen on the former Hajduk Split man for a while, feels he can still add him to his Scottish League One squad.
"We're negotiating with the agent over Pandza," he told the Daily Record.
"I know the chief executive Craig Mather has also spoken to him and I'm very hopeful he still wants to come here.
"There are still one or two players I'd like to bring in and we'll see in the next few days if I can get them."
