Rangers are expected to send on-loan Arsenal defender Kyle Bartley back to London this week.

The Scottish Sun says Bartley - ill and injured for Saturday's 1-0 home defeat against Kilmarnock - is gearing up to return to the Emirates.

He is contracted until the end of the season but is already tied up with Arsenal until 2014.
