Danny Wilson is set to return to Rangers after completing a medical on Monday.
The 23-year old defender left Heart of Midlothian after captaining the club to the Scottish Championship title last season and is now poised to sign a three-year deal with 'Gers.
Wilson made his debut for the Ibrox outfit back in 2007 before joining Liverpool for £2million in 2010 but failed to fulfill his potential at Anfield and was subsequently loaned to Blackpool, Bristol City and then Hearts in 2013.
The five-time Scotland international is wanted by new Rangers boss Mark Warburton and it is believed that a deal will be finalised sometime this week.
