Rangers boss Walter Smith has pulled Amdy Faye out of his trial with Blackburn - because boss Mark Hughes was taking too long to decide.

The Senegal midfielder will now return to the SPL leaders after more than a week at Rovers.

Rovers boss Mark Hughes is concerned, that's the end of his interest.

"I had a message the other night and, by all accounts, he's been asked to go back to his club, so I think that's the end of it," he said.
