Rangers duo Steven Naismith and Chris Burke are facing lengthy spells on the sidelines after undergoing surgery.
Naismith will be out for a year after an operation to repair his damaged cruciate knee ligaments.
The 21-year-old fell awkwardly under a challenge from Martin Hardie during Rangers' penalty shoot-out victory over St Johnstone last month.
Meanwhile, Chris Burke, who was injured in the same match, will be out for four to six months following ankle surgery.
