Rangers to offer Cousin in deal for Fulham's Davis

Rangers boss Walter Smith is ready to use Daniel Cousin as a makeweight in an offer for Fulham midfielder Steven Davis.

The Daily Record says Smith hopes he can make Davis's loan move from Fulham a permanent deal.

Rangers chief executive Martin Bain will try to strike a deal with the London club and could use Cousin - whose move to Craven Cottage was snagged by red tape in January - as part of the package.
