The Wales international is expected to enjoy a a bright future at Anfield and Reds legend Steven Gerrard is reportedly keen on securing his services.

The 18-year-old is a precocious talent and is expected to gain some experience away from the Premier League giants this summer.

Woodburn is highly thought of by international boss Ryan Giggs and he has backed him to become a star like himself and Gareth Bale.
