Rangers stars Kenny Miller and Madjid Bougherra had to be pulled apart after an astonishing training ground bust-up, reports the Scottish Sun. The warring team-mates clashed at Murray Park on Friday as the simmering bad blood between them boiled over.
Miller publicly criticised Bougherra after the AWOL Algerian failed to return from international duty on time.
Bougherra is understood to have fouled Miller in training and when the hitman reacted angrily, the defender lost his cool and a heated exchange took place.
It's understood the pair stopped short of coming to blows before they were pulled apart.
An Ibrox insider told SunSport: "There was an incident between Kenny and Madjid. It was a bit of a disagreement, to say the least.
"It was a case of handbags really. A few of the boys had to step in and separate them, but there was really not much in it.
"These things happen in training and they were left to sort it out. There is no problem now."
