Rangers midfielder DaMarcus Beasley is hoping he can leave the club in January to resurrect his World Cup hopes.
The 27-year old USA international has struggled to figure in Walter Smith's first team at Ibrox since returning from injury and will seek a January exit as he pursues for more game time elsewhere.
"My current situation is not ideal - it's been frustrating," he told the Scottish Sun.
"I'm looking to move because I want to play. It's not that I'm not happy with the club, I just want to play."
Beasley has been at Rangers for two years since crossing from Dutch club PSV Eindhoven (which involved a loan stint with Manchester City) and says his options are open.
"I'm only 27 and I feel like I have another six, seven or even eight years left. My options are open. It might be a move back to Holland or maybe Spain," he added.
