Rangers loan for Gyeongnam's Yoon unlikely

Gyeongnam ace Yoon Bit-Garam is certainly keen on a move to Scottish giants Rangers but it is unlikely that a loan deal will be arranged.

Recent reports have suggested that 'Gers were looking to bring the 21-year old South Korean attacking midfielder to Ibrox for the remainder of the season but Yoon's agent has said that short-term deal will most likely not occur.

"On the Korean side it's unlikely an agreement can be reached for only a few months," Yoon's Seoul-based representative Il Kweon told SunSport.

"Yoon is a national player, a very famous guy here. He is very interested in a move to Rangers. That excites him very much.

"But moving to Scotland for a short term is something which is unlikely to happen. If the club want to sign him then it will have to be with a proper contract.

"There are other clubs interested in him, clubs I don't want to name, so we will just wait and see what happens in the weeks ahead."
