Rangers link with Trezeguet denied by agent

David Trezeguet's agent is unaware of any £7m offer from Rangers to Juventus for the French striker.

The 31-year-old has been linked with a move away from Turin this summer, but his representative Antonio Caliendo knows nothing of a bid from the Scottish champions.

He told Radio Milan: "For the time being I have not been called into this matter.

"Regarding Trezeguet, there are many rumours because he appeals to many clubs.

"If there is a team that the player likes and that club is strongly interested in him, it will be no surprise.

"But only certain offers can be evaluated."

i am a massive Rangers fan but does anyone actually think that a world class player like trezeguet is going to want to come here? i mean the appeal of the English premiership seems to be the main thing for all the worlds players just because of money- just because english clubs are more rich?
i think this is a disgrace english clubs are ruining football smaller teams in other leagues dont stand a chance against premier league big guns like man utd and chelsea
Even Real Madrid have come back on the big money scene- they seem to be buying players willy nilly- UNFAIR
