Scottish giants Rangers are set to go into administration after lodging a notice with the Court of Session today.
The Glasgow club are experiencing financial difficulties with a bill of around £49million expected should they lose their dispute with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) and are now in danger of being taken over by administrators.
'Gers now have five days to formally declare that the running of the club will be taken over by another party who will serve as a rescue mechanism if they become insolvent.
