Rangers boss Ally McCoist has indicated that Nacho Novo could make a shock return to the club.
The 32-year old Sporting Gijon striker has been training with his former club at Murray Park during winter and could be used as a replacement if Premier League target Nikica Jelavic happens to depart in January.
"I am meeting Craig Whyte on Monday to discuss our budget.""Nacho looked good in training, but it may be the case I have to move players out before I can bring anyone else in," McCoist said.
