Rangers' Diouf not too worried about next Europa League opponents

Rangers striker El-Hadji Diouf says he is not at all concerned with the next Europa League meeting his side has to deal with.

'Gers take on Dutch giants PSV Eindhoven in the Round of 16 first leg in Holland on March 10 after getting past Sporting Lisbon in the previous phase.

And despite Fred Rutten's men sitting on top of the Dutch Eredivisie table and disposing of French outfit Lille in the Round of 32, Diouf is confident the Glasgow club can get the job done.

"We have so many big games coming up but we have nothing to fear in the next round," he said.

"We just need to look after ourselves and not worry too much about who we are playing.

"We will have two games against them and anything can happen."

The Senegalese forward netted an important goal as Rangers drew 2-2 away with Sporting and was full of praise for the strategy used by manager Walter Smith in obtaining a positive result.

"I was really happy to score in Lisbon and I think now there will be many more to come from me. The manager is a great tactician and he wanted me to play up front, keep the ball and wait for the support," he added.
