"My agent called me about St Etienne but I had no interest in changing," Papac told Scotland on Sunday. "It was the best solution for me to stay at the club because I am happy at Rangers. I am enjoying my football. I want to be here.
"From the first day of pre-season in Germany, it has been good. We have a stronger team this year. With better players around me, it is much easier for me to play in this Rangers team. We have a lot more quality than last year for sure. And I think that we can win the Premier League."
