Rangers boss Walter Smith admits they can't compete with Blackburn Rovers for Fulham midfielder Sean Davis.
"They want £4m and we can't afford to pay - that's where we are," Smith told the Daily Record.
"If Blackburn are interested, we will not get him anyway."
