Cash strapped SPL outfit Rangers have accepted an offer from Birmingham of around £700,000 for prolific striker Kenny Miller. The 31-year-old Scotland star has netted 22 goals so far this term but has been stalling on a contract extension to stay at Ibrox.
The player is now mulling over whether to move south into the Premiership and be reunited with Blues boss Alex McLeish, who was Scotland manager in 2007.
The fee from the Midlands club would also increase should they avoid relegation from the top flight this season.
