Rangers players are on £100,000-a-man to complete a domestic treble. Despite the club desperately looking to offload players in the January transfer window to cut costs it will be forced to fork out more than £2million in bonuses if the Co-operative Cup, Scottish Cup and league championship are won.
But that is a price owner Sir David Murray would be happy to pay as winning the SPL would bring in a minimum of £10m from entry to the Champions League.
An Ibrox insider told the Daily Record: "This is a final against Celtic, so the players won't even be thinking about the money - they just want to win the match.
"But the fact is they will be well rewarded if they do it - and if they manage to win the Treble they will be very well looked after."
