Rangers 1-1 Valencia: Edu both hero and villain for Scottish champs

Maurice Edu turned from hero to villain as Scottish champions Rangers drew 1-1 with Spain's Valencia in Group C of the Champions League on Wednesday.

The USA international put his side ahead in the 33rd minute with a powerful header before completing his double a minute after half-time, although it was at the wrong end.

Edu managed to nod a Tino Costa free-kick into the back of his own net to force a draw, sending Rangers second in the group on five points with Valencia a spot behind on four points.
