Nile Ranger has joined Joey Barton on the 'banned from USA list' after his visa refused.
Newcastle United are getting set to travel to the States for a pre-season tour but will be without both Ranger and Barton after the pair had their visa applications rejected.
"Newcastle United FC can confirm that Nile Ranger's visa application for entry to the United States has today been rejected," read a statement on the club's official website.
"The player will therefore not travel to the US as part of the club's pre-season tour, but instead will join Joey Barton and his fellow team-mates on the club's reserve team tour to Holland."
Barton was refused entry after he spent 74 days in jail back in 2008 after pleading guilty to assault whilst Ranger landed himself in trouble as a youth.
