Swansea City fullback Angel Rangel has welcomed the appointment of new manager Michael Laudrup.
Rangel feels Swansea can push on from their 11th place finish last season.
The Spaniard said on the club's website: "The new manager will find in place a group of players who have worked together for a number of years.
"He will find an honest group that will work with him and help him as much as they can, that it something I can guarantee 100%.
"We know our second season in the Premier League is probably going to be the hardest, but we finished last season in 11th place having played some great football - and we have to do exactly the same next season.
"We have to keep believing in ourselves because that has been the key to our success in recent years, along with the fact that we have always played the same style.
"We believed in our own ability in League One, the Championship and the Premier League - and, we have got to keep believing."
