Danish goalkeeper David Ousted is being linked with a summer move to Vancouver Whitecaps.
The 28-year olds contract with Danish SuperLiga side Randers is set to expire and reports emanating in his homeland suggest he could be on the move to Canada early next month.
Whitecaps head coach Martin Rennie has Brad Knighton and Joe Cannon as his senior keepers but is believed to be keen to bring in some further quality to push the pair, however, he was coy when quizzed on the speculation.
"Nothing on that," head coach Martin Rennie told TEAM 1410.
"Any time we sign someone, we announce it. Until then, we never really talk about rumours. There's a lot of rumours this time of year. I think we were going to sign Kaka recently. So nothing on that either."
