Ramsey urging Arsenal to return to form in FA Cup semi

Aaron Ramsey has implored Arsenal to pick themselves up for this weekend's FA Cup semi-final.

The Gunners were beaten 3-0 by Everton at Goodison Park on Sunday, stretching their winless Premier League run to four matches, which has prompted the need for a positive response according to Ramsey.

"We have to pick ourselves back up now," said the Welsh midfielder in regards to the Wembley date with Wigan Athletic.

"We have still got a lot of points to play for. We are in the semi-final of the FA Cup, so we have got to put things right.

"We have to put a strong run-in together now. We have five games left and we will aim to win them all to give us the best opportunity to finish fourth or higher."

Ramsey has been sidelined since Boxing Day with a thigh injury but managed to come off the bench in the Toffees loss. He is determined to get back to his best in order to keep the north London club in the top four in the league.

"Hopefully I can show what I can do, help this team achieve Champions League football again and hopefully have a medal at the end of the year," he added.
