Aaron Ramsey was delighted to be on the scoresheet in Arsenal's victory over Malaysia last night.
Ramsey, 20, excelled in his role alongside England midfielder Jack Wilshere at the heart of the Arsenal engine room.
"It was more about the workout, getting match fit again," Ramsey told Arsenal Player.
"The atmosphere was incredible, these fans are so passionate about Arsenal."
The Gunners will play the second match of their Asia tour in China, facing Super League side Hangzhou Greentown on Saturday.
"It has been very good, the camp has been lively," added Ramsey, now back to full fitness after a year out with a broken leg.
"We are all looking forward to China now and hopefully we can have the same sort of result again there."
