Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has hailed the recent form of midfielder Aaron Ramsey.
The Wales international scored the only goal as the Gunners beat Borussia Dortmund 1-0 in the Champions League on Wednesday night to take his season tally to 11 goals in 17 appearances in all competitions.
Just a year ago, Ramsey was struggling to find his best after recovering from a badly broken leg but he is now fulfilling his potential which has delighted Wenger.
"A year ago I thought it would be difficult for him to score but he is a young player and is confident and has improved tremendously - which is a huge credit to him," Wenger told Sky Sports.
Ramsey has now scored five goals in Europe this season, including three in Champions League qualifying and two in the group stage proper, to add to his six in the Premier League.
