Juande Ramos is ready to undergo a major overhaul of the Tottenham squad.

The Mail on Sunday says Ramos is prepared to rip apart his squad to find further success.

The Spaniard will sell any players who do not meet his standards and replace them with new faces when he receives budget approval from club chairman Daniel Levy.

Ramos said: "You do not talk about individuals but a squad and the structure of a squad. You want players who have all the qualities to take the club forward. It is not about individual players.

"What I will always do is my best for the squad and the team. I can't be concerned that a player will be upset at being left out for a particular match.

"I will make my decision by selecting the team according to the game's requirements."
