Tottenham boss Juande Ramos admits he wants to have the club regarded as powerful as the Premiership's heavyweights.
"I had a good knowledge of them before as Sevilla played a UEFA knockout game against them last year. From this I gained ample knowledge of some of the players. What I saw then will help a lot with the perception I will make.
"We want to get out of the current situation as soon as possible, save the season and look at being able to field the best players for the next season.
"The most important thing is to restore the team's confidence.
"It is important they have self-belief. If we get out of the bottom we can start to think about Europe.
"I can't hide my dream to take Tottenham back to their glory days and have them held in the same light as Liverpool, Arsenal or Manchester."
