Dnipro coach Juande Ramos says Yevhen Konoplyanka is primed for their Europa League tie with Tottenham.
Konoplyanka was wanted by Spurs and Liverpool during the January market.
Ramos said: "He had a very successful training camp in Spain. He trained a lot and followed all of the directions. He tried his best, and I'm sure he will do the same against Tottenham. I am confident he will do his best in this competition and help us succeed in this round.
"It is a normal situation when the market is open and there are rumours about possible transfers. Some take place, some do not, but they (players) don't have the right to decide to move or not."
