Ramos delays Spurs keeper coach appointment

Tottenham head coach Juande Ramos is expected to wait until the end of the season to appoint a new goalkeepers' coach at White Hart Lane.

England international Paul Robinson and understudy Radek Cerny have both committed high-profile errors since Ramos' appointment and the Spanish boss is eager to find the right man to work with his out-of-form goalkeeping duo.

Perry Suckling has stepped up from the Spurs academy to work with the pair since the departure of Hans Segers, who left the club shortly after Martin Jol's sacking in October.

And although Ramos has transformed the squad's training methods, he is yet to find a permanent replacement for the goalkeeper coaching role.
