Ramires: Chelsea have to act quickly so not to lose Mourinho

Ramires has put the onus on Chelsea's playing group to turn their season around or risk losing manager Jose Mourinho.

The Blues midfielder has described Chelsea's poor start to the Premier League season, which sees them in 16th place, as 'not normal'.

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is not know for being patient when it comes to poor results, and the 28-year-old Brazilian has called on his teammates to improve their performances or risk being responsible for Mourinho's sacking.

"We need to turn it around as quickly as possible," Ramires said.

"It is not normal for a team who won the league with games to spare last season to be in this situation.

"We are at a point where we need to react quickly because we don't want to lose him."
