Ramires: Chelsea clash with Man Utd will be classic

Chelsea midfielder Ramires is excited facing Manchester United in what he dubs a "classic" match.

It is a term used on the continent for fixtures between giants like Real Madrid and Barcelona, the Brazilian's former club Benfica and Porto, and the 23-year-old believes it is this meeting that is England's top match.

"A classic game is always a classic, a derby is always a derby," the midfielder told chelseafc.com. "A game against Manchester United is always big, I don't know if I will be involved but I will do my best to make sure Chelsea gets the win to boost morale and go forward in this excellent league.

"It is not just matches like this that attracted me to England, but like I've said before, the size of Chelsea Football Club, it is a club that all players would love to play for. It is not just matches like this, the Premier League is very balanced, and there are lots of teams and games that make it an attractive place to come.

"I would be very happy to be involved against Manchester United and am looking forward to it. The second half against Tottenham last week showed more of Chelsea that everyone is used to. We believe we are on the right track and can only go forward now."
