The agent of Schalke midfielder Ivan Rakitic has confirmed talks with Juventus.

Michel Urscheler met with Juve sports chief Alessio Secco in Turin this week, but denies discussing the possibility of Rakitic - nor another client, Thimothee Atouba - moving to Italy.

"In a meeting of one hour, we spoke about fifty things, but it was not a meeting organized to discuss Rakitic or Atouba," said Urscheler.

"There's a lot of speculation on Rakitic, Atouba, situations that I cannot control."
