The agent of PSG striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has taken aim at the ego of Bayern Munich coach Pep Guardiola. Mino Raiola says he knows why Guardiola refuses to accept he was wrong over the way he treated the Swede at Barcelona.
"Who should have defended Zlatan but me? He was the king at Inter Milan and suddenly at Barca he was no longer anyone. Guardiola happened. He did not support him, without explanation.
"Ask him what the problem was. The answer is 'no', because he cannot admit to having made a mistake because that would be an insult to his intelligence," Raiola told 11Freunde.
"If you pay €79 million for a player and then you do not play him, it is moronic and hurts economically. But most agents never criticize them because they are afraid that afterwards the 'great Barcelona' will not buy their players.
"I do not care. I do not respect a club that I does not respect my players "
