Super agent Mino Raiola admits a return to Serie A could happen for Nice striker Mario Balotelli.
Raiola was in Naples on Monday to receive an award at the Football Leader conference.
“Anyone who has an important and ambitious project in mind can get a real bargain with Balotelli today," Raiola told reporters.
The centre-forward will be a free agent this summer, as his contract with Nice expires on June 30.
“Over the last few years, he has shown his maturity. He is back in the Italy squad and finally we are back to a sense of normality. This is important, because in Italy there is no better striker than Mario.
“Some thought they could even qualify for the World Cup without Mario…"
Balotelli has been linked with a return to Serie A for Napoli, Roma or newly-promoted Parma.
“Where will he play next season? Oh Roma, Napoli… Napoli have four strikers at the moment, but we'll see if they are still there in August…
“You'd have to ask Carlo Ancelotti. In any case, apart from Lorenzo Insigne, I don't see anyone as strong as Mario up there, then it's up to (President Aurelio) De Laurentiis to decide if he wants to reinforce the squad or not.
“I have a special rapport with De Laurentiis. So far we haven't completed many deals and don't always see eye to eye, but that doesn't mean anything. Napoli became great again thanks to hm and if he wants to see me, I am at his disposal."
