The agent of Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli believes a move to AC Milan can still happen in the future.

Milan president Silvio Berlusconi appeared to shut the door yesterday when describing Balotelli as a "rotten apple".

"I'm sorry for what Berlusconi said," declared Mino Raiola.

"Mario and I are sorry, we cannot say that we liked it. Berlusconi does not know him, all those who know him love him.

"(Adriano) Galliani (Milan vice-president) knows him and loves him."
