Rafael da Silva says he's enjoying working with Manchester United captain Gary Neville.

"We are rivals, yes, but all the time Gary is helping me," said the 18-year-old.

"When we play together, he is always telling me where the right position is to be. He knows so much. I want the position of right-back, but Gary has been very good to me."
