Newcastle United are closing in on Racing Santander's David Concha according to recent reports.
The Chronicle suggests that the Magpies are closely watching the 18-year old forward who has been impressive in Spain's second division.
It is believed that Newcastle want to sign Concha permanently before sending him back to Santander for the remainder of the season.
The Toon had some good fortune with the signing of Ayoze Perez from Tenerife in the summer and are looking to pull off a similar transfer by brining Spain U19 international Concha to St James' Park.
