Racing Santander have made an offer to FC Twente winger Eljero Elia.

The young winger's minders held talks with a Racing delegation last Tuesday and a contract offer was tabled.

Elia is pleased with the terms, but has asked Racing to wait for his decision as Arsenal and Ajax are also keen.
