Racing Santander are ready to splash out on Tottenham winger Giovani dos Santos.
Racing owner Ahsan Ali Syed is willing to commit £6 million to signing Giovani permanently at the end of the season.
The Mexico international has impressed during his loan spell at Racing and has declared he does not want to return to White Hart Lane.
Giovani has done enough to convince Ali Syed to pursue an outright deal with Spurs for the ex-Barcelona starlet.
