Franck Queudrue says he's at Birmingham City for the long haul.
"He finished playing not that long ago so he knows about players' feelings and he has a good understanding with the group.
"I'm in a hotel at the moment so I can't really say anything about life in Birmingham. But I've signed a three-year contract so this is where we will call home when we settle down.
"My wife Ismerie and my daughters Lilie, who is five, and Zoe, who is five months, will join me soon."
Queudrue has been capped at France B level but, despite his Premier League experience, continues to be overlooked for the senior Les Bleus squad.
But Queudrue is more concerned with club than country.
"I'll just play for Birmingham 100 per cent and see what happens," he said.
