Questions are being raised over Tim Cahill's value to New York Red Bulls.

Cahill is currently away with the Australian national team.

Since returning from the 2014 World Cup, Cahill has just one goal in 15 games. But the goal totals don't even tell the whole story: In the 17 games that Cahill has started for the Red Bulls in 2014, the team has averaged just 1.1 points per game. In the 14 games he hasn't been a starter, they have averaged 1.8 points.
