Carlos Queiroz feels Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has changed his attitude towards coaches since Jose Mourinho's arrival.

Queiroz left Manchester United to take charge of Real, but endured a difficult time.

"I disagreed with the policy of the President at that time," he told fifa.com.

"But I'm delighted with the policy of the President now, who listens to the coach and heeds advice. As a result, the club have won two important titles in the last two years."
